Full-Time Overnight Supervisor $25.20 Boston, MA Area\nNortheast Security is looking for a Full-Time Security Supervisor for the Andover, MA Area!\nPay Rate: $25.20\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 12:00am-8:00am\nThis is a Shift Supervisor Position:\n\u2022 Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Security experience.\n\u2022 Applicants must also be able to provide 5 years of previous work history/be able to explai\n...\nn gaps in history.\n\u2022 Applicants must also be able to provide 10 years of housing history.\n\u2022 Applicants are also required to complete additional drug screening.\nSecurity Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\u2022 Supervise a staff of Security Officer's, ensuring Officer's stay on task, are in full uniform, and provide excellent customer service.\n\u2022 Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.\n\u2022 Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.\n\u2022 Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.\n\u2022 Operation of mobile unit to monitor the exterior premises.\n\u2022 Conduct foot patrols of the premises.\n\u2022 Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.\n\u2022 Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.\n\u2022 Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.\n\u2022 Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)\n\u2022 Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.\n\u2022 Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.\n\u2022 Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc\nSecurity Supervisor Skills:\n\u2022 Excellent customer service skills\n\u2022 Walking for long periods of time\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\u2022 Ability to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents.\n\u2022 Strong professionalism\n\u2022 Ability to solve conflict/problem solve.\n\u2022 Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.\n\u2022 Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.\n\u2022 Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures.\n\u2022 Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations.\nSecurity Supervisor Requirements:\n\u2022 Customer Service Experience preferred.\n\u2022 Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education.\n\u2022 Neat and professional appearance\n\u2022 Dependable means of transportation\n\u2022 Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is preferred.\n\u2022 Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)\n\u2022 High School Diploma/GED Equivalent\n\u2022 Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.\n\u2022 Must be at least 18 years of age.\nNortheast Security, Inc. was founded in 1967 and has grown to become one of the largest and most highly regarded security services firms in New England.
