This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.\nYour Role:\n\u2022 Help guests discover their \u201cWanderlust\u201d experience\n\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest\n\u2022 Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.\n\u2022 Help to resolve problems and \u201cWOW\u201d guests through recovery when things aren\u2019t quite right\n\u2022 Promote and sell special hotel programs.\n\u2022 Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.\n\u2022 Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.\n\u2022 Maintain house bank.\n\u2022 Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports\n\u2022 Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail\n\u2022 Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.\n\u2022 Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.\n\u2022 Assist other departments as needed.\nResponsibilities\nHOTEL AUDIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
