To review available benefits, please click here: .\nMain Ingredients of the Job!\nAs a US FOODS Class B Delivery Driver you will be responsible for.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday with early morning start times.\nGreat Class B Delivery Drivers are crucial to the US FOODS team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Class B Delivery Drivers strive for integrity and reliability, while building trusting relationships with team members.\nWhat you bring to the table\nEducation/Training:\nHigh School Diploma/ required\nRegister to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMust have valid CDL Class B issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications\nMinimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required\nAbility to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations\nMust be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.\nRelated Experience/Requirements:\no Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required\no Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nSafely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times\nCarefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas\nVerify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures\nHandle collections and payments from customers when applicable\nProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience\nPerform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection\nYour efforts as a Class B Delivery Driver AHE foundation that defines US FOODS success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.\nBECOME A US FOODS TEAM MEMBER!\nThe following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws.
