That's why our\n...\ndrivers build long-lasting careers with us.\nBenefits you can count on:\n\u2022 Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.\n\u2022 Paid holidays: earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one.\n\u2022 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.\n\u2022 Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!\nWhat you\u2019ll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:\n\u2022 Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.\n\u2022 Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.\n\u2022 Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.\n\u2022 Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.\n\u2022 Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned.\nQualifications you\u2019ll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:\n\u2022 At least 21 years of age\n\u2022 Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)\n\u2022 At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience\n\u2022 Must meet McLane\u2019s MVR and risk rating qualifications\n\u2022 This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.\nFit the following?
