The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism on the road.\nResponsibilities\n\u2022 Operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for deliveries and pick\n...\nups.\n\u2022 Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.\n\u2022 Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations while adhering to scheduled routes.\n\u2022 Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption.\n\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and recipients.\n\u2022 Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.\n\u2022 Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required during loading and unloading processes.\n\u2022 Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on various routes.\nSkills\n\u2022 Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.\n\u2022 Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.\n\u2022 Previous warehouse experience is a plus, especially in loading/unloading operations.\n\u2022 Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred.\n\u2022 Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.\n\u2022 Experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly desirable.\n\u2022 Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.\n\u2022 Knowledge of route driving techniques to optimize delivery efficiency.
